Privacy Policy

• Your email and display name (to sign you in and show you to teammates).
• Game-related activity inside your groups: sign-ups, scores, votes, payments status.
• Basic technical logs (IP, user agent) to keep the service running and secure.

To run the app: authenticate you, send password-reset emails when requested, show your stats to other members of your group, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data.

Your display name, role and stats are visible to other members of any group you join. Your email is only shown to you. Other groups you belong to are private to each group.

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account from your profile page and we will remove your personal info; game history may remain anonymised so rankings stay consistent.
